How do I create an account?
Click the "Get Started" button, enter your name, email and password, and your account will be created.
What courses are available?
Courses can include areas such as Digital Marketing, AI & Automation, Video Editing, SEO, Graphic Design and Freelancing.
What are Nexa Earners packages?
Packages combine learning resources into different levels so learners can choose an option according to their goals.
Can I purchase a course without buying a package?
Yes. Individual courses and learning packages are presented separately, allowing you to choose the option that suits your needs.
How does the affiliate program work?
Eligible users can apply for the affiliate program. After applying, a referral code can be generated for their account. Eligible referral purchases may generate commissions according to the program terms.
How much commission does the affiliate program offer?
The current standard commission rate configured for the platform is 20%. The applicable rate and program terms may change over time.
Where can I see my purchases?
After logging in, open your Dashboard. Your order history and completed purchases will be displayed there.
What happens after I make a purchase?
A successful order is linked to your account and appears in your Dashboard. Actual course-access delivery will be connected to the final product delivery system.
Is the payment system live?
The current local version uses a development checkout flow for testing. Real payments will be connected separately through a payment gateway such as Razorpay before production launch.
